As I flicked through the pages I was immediately whisked back to when I lived in Sicily. Memories of my Italian Nana cooking pasta, the aromas of the herbs, the fresh tomatoes all came flooding back. Page after page of mouth watering recipes help bring a piece of Italy into the home.
There are different sections in the book from Anti- Pasta starters to sumptuous deserts, all with easy to follow concise recipes. I especially liked the pizza section as again it brought back happy memories of the family, aunts, uncles and cousins all making pizzas and cooking them in the big clay ovens.
