I wanted to start the New Year with a positive post and show things happen when you least expect them. I was really worried about Christmas and not being able to get a lot for Christmas.
Twas the night before Christmas and all was manic in the Savvy household.
Hark Mr Savvy said
“What was that?, was that a knock at the door ? ”
As Mr Savvy slowly made his way to the door in fear and trepidation of what he would find, he flung the door open. As he met with a familiar face and shouted
“There’s that mad bird at the door”
I went to the door to met with 3 big black bags.
Our Fairy God Mother had come bearing gifts for the children. I was completely over whelmed as I looked at the black bags full of toys. I couldn’t thank her enough this was certainly going to be a wonderful Christmas. There was more as our Fairy God Mother came and presented us with a massive turkey. This was like something straight out of a book.
Later on in the day we had another knock on the door. It was another lady bearing more gifts. This time it was money for Mr Savvy and myself to buy something special for ourselves. I have decided to put it towards laminate flooring we so desperately need .
Christmas was a wonderful day and a massive thank you to our Fairy God Mothers who gave us our own Christmas miracle.
